BALI

Bali Tourist Visa on Arrival

For travel to Bali, you can still apply for a visa on arrival; however, this process may take longer. To avoid delays, it is recommended to apply for your visa at least 1 week before departure at https://evisa.imigrasi.go.id/

The Bali Provincial Government has also introduced a tourism tax for foreign tourists. International visitors are required to pay a foreign tourist fee of 150,000 Rupiah (approx $16 NZD), online at https://lovebali.baliprov.go.id/home prior to arrival into Bali.

Starting 1 September 2025, Bali-bound travellers will need to submit a new All Indonesia Arrival Card 48-72 hours prior to arrival, which replaces the health pass and the customs form https://allindonesia.imigrasi.go.id/

The new form is required for all international passengers arriving at Jakarta’s Soekarno-Hatta International Airport (CGK), Bali’s Ngurah Rai International Airport in (DPS) and Surabaya’s Juanda International Airport (SUB). The new requirement will be extended to all of Indonesia’s international airports from 1 October 2025.
